CDC: Shredded Taco Bell lettuce is source of cyclosporiasis outbreak as cases in Michigan top 5K

The CDC and FDA linked a cyclosporiasis outbreak to shredded iceberg lettuce from Taco Bell locations in five U.S. states, with Michigan reporting over 5,000 cases. The lettuce was traced to a supplier, identified as Taylor Farms, which has previously been linked to foodborne outbreaks. Taco Bell has halted using the implicated lettuce.
