Hopkinsville Police officers find drugs, gun during traffic stop for window tint, exhaust noise

Hopkinsville Police officers discovered drugs and a firearm during a traffic stop for excessive window tint and a loud exhaust system. The driver, Tahj Manning, was arrested and charged with marijuana possession, controlled substance possession, and improper prescription container. Police Chief Jason Newby defended the enforcement of all laws, including exhaust noise regulations.
