[US] Scammed? Yugioh cards on FB Marketplace

A buyer on Facebook Marketplace sent $70 via Venmo for Yu-Gi-Oh cards but has not received a tracking number or response from the seller, who remains active on Facebook and has other sold listings. The seller left messages on read for three days and changed the listing status to 'Pending' on Facebook.
