Third child dies after being exposed to carbon monoxide in vehicle pulled over for flat tire

Four people, including three children and one adult, died after being exposed to carbon monoxide in a Ford Explorer in Toledo, Ohio, following a flat tire incident. One child remains hospitalized, and the vehicle was towed for further investigation.
