Deadly floods hit same parts of Texas devastated by 2025 4th of July flooding

Torrential rain caused deadly flash flooding in Central Texas, resulting in at least one death and the rescue of 70 people. Local leaders urged residents to seek higher ground as areas previously devastated by the 2025 4th of July flooding were hit again.
