College student's fatal canoe trip takes turn as lone survivor is arrested months later
Michael Collins, 20, was arrested for operating a boat under the influence in connection with the March drowning of Dominick Tocci, 20, during a canoe trip on Lake Hayward. The incident occurred after both men had been drinking, leading to a capsized canoe and Tocci's death. Collins turned himself in months later and is scheduled for a court appearance.
