CBN issues operational guidelines for BDCs’ forex purchases from banks, introduces tracking portal
The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has issued operational guidelines allowing Business Development Centers (BDCs) to purchase foreign exchange from any authorized dealer bank without exclusivity arrangements or referral fees. A tracking portal was also introduced to monitor these transactions.
