Cajun Navy volunteer who experienced 2025 floods: 'Not really sure what to say anymore'

Ryan Logue, a Cajun Navy volunteer, experienced another major flash flood in his hometown of Kerrville, which he described as one of the hardest things he's seen in a long time. He had previously volunteered during deadly floods in Kerrville last year.
