A new ACLU report documents widespread use of force by ICE officers, including pushing, tackling, and using weapons like chemical irritants and tasers. The analysis covers over 1,200 immigration enforcement operations across eight states from January 2025 to the end of 2025, finding nearly a third involved force or threats of force.
