Residents flee as dangerous flooding hits WeHo, gushing water slams cars together

Residents in West Hollywood fled dangerous flooding caused by a major water main break early Thursday, leading to cars crashing into each other and water entering apartment garages. The rupture, reported around 3:55 a.m., flooded streets near Sunset Boulevard, Palm Avenue, and Hancock Avenue, trapping vehicles.
