Apple AirDrop, Android Quick Share flaws put phones at risk

Researchers at CISPA Helmholtz Center discovered six vulnerabilities in Apple AirDrop, Samsung Quick Share, and Google Quick Share that could allow remote code execution or device crashes. These flaws exploit proximity-based sharing features, which automatically listen for nearby devices without prior authentication, affecting over five billion devices globally.
