St. Paul residents to weigh in on renaming César Chávez Street after abuse claims

St. Paul residents will discuss renaming César Chávez Street following abuse allegations against the labor leader. The West Side Community Organization will host a public meeting on Thursday, with a city vote scheduled for August. The street was renamed in 2004 after Chávez's 1993 death.
