Victorian Liberal MP Moira Deeming has dropped legal action against her party as she attempts to avoid disendorsement before the state election. She abandoned a supreme court challenge against party president Brian Loughnane after making an assault allegation against former leader Matthew Guy and refusing to apologize following police findings.
