Lawsuit filed by AG Ellison against e-cigarette manufacturer Loon

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison filed a lawsuit against e-cigarette manufacturer Loon (Maduro Distributors Inc.) for allegedly marketing flavored vapes to children using enticing flavors and characters. The lawsuit claims Loon falsely presented its products as FDA-approved when they are unauthorized and violates a 2024 Minnesota law prohibiting youth-targeted e-cigarette marketing.
