Crashed motorcyclist dies after being trapped under car: Vallejo police

A motorcyclist died after being trapped under a car during a police pursuit in Vallejo. The incident is the eighth fatal traffic collision in the city this year. The motorcyclist was allegedly driving recklessly at high speed when spotted by officers.
