Court dissolves APC’s chapters in UK, foreign countries, orders disclosure of donations from abroad
A court dissolved the All Progressives Congress (APC) chapters in the UK and other foreign countries. It also mandated the APC and other political parties to notify Nigeria's electoral commission (INEC) and disclose all foreign donations within 21 days, in line with the Nigerian constitution.
