Milam’s Market in South Florida has introduced an AI-powered shopping assistant called Cooper, a tablet attached to shopping carts designed to guide and assist customers. The system, developed by Julian Janna, offers real-time store navigation and personalized help, with a beta phase showing positive customer engagement and repeat usage.
