El Paso County seeks community's help in homicide investigation
El Paso County Sheriff's Office is investigating a homicide on Reed Grass Way where 39-year-old Michael Fell was shot and pronounced dead. The office is seeking surveillance footage from nearby areas between 12:30 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. on July 7 to identify four masked men involved.
