Man posed as Bal Harbour hotel guest to steal food, clothing, cops say

A 62-year-old man used false identities to pose as a guest at the St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort, obtaining over $1,200 in food, beverages, and clothing without paying. Hotel staff identified him after the actual guest questioned unauthorized charges on their account, leading to his arrest for third-degree grand theft.
