Janice McNair, Houston Texans’ co-founder, dies at 89
Janice McNair, co-founder of the Houston Texans and senior chair of the NFL franchise, died at 89. She became the principal owner after her husband Bob McNair's death in 2018 and played a pivotal role in bringing the NFL back to Houston in 1999. Her son Cal McNair was approved as the new principal owner in 2024.
