Kerala HC reserves order on apology tendered by Cashew department Secretary
The Kerala High Court has reserved its order on an apology tendered by Cashew department Secretary K. Biju. The court directed him to apologize after an order he issued sanctioned the prosecution of two former officials of the KSCDC, which allegedly contained accusatory remarks against the judiciary.
