Israel approves over $400m to fund 34 settlements in occupied West Bank
The Israeli government approved $434 million to establish 34 new settlements in the occupied West Bank, a decision made in June but delayed due to concerns over the US response. The government also approved re-establishing the Sa-Nur settlement in the northern West Bank, previously evacuated in 2005.
