Minnesota Medicaid fraud: 3rd HSS provider expected to plead guilty
A third Housing Stabilization Services (HSS) provider accused of Medicaid fraud is expected to plead guilty. Moktar Aden and others operated Brilliant Minds LLC, which submitted false claims and used an American Express card for personal expenses. The HSS program, designed to provide housing services, is being shut down due to widespread billing fraud.
