Man charged after allegedly leaving scene of Avondale crash that killed 1, injured another

A man was charged after allegedly fleeing the scene of a February crash in Avondale that resulted in one death and one injury. Daron Lipscomb, 31, was arrested by Chicago police and US Marshals in the 3000 block of West 63rd Street.
