Former Obama White House counsel to face House questioning over Epstein ties
Kathryn Ruemmler, who served as White House counsel under Barack Obama, is set to testify before the House committee on oversight and reform about her ties to Jeffrey Epstein. Ruemmler stated she had no knowledge of ongoing criminal activity and will testify on Wednesday. She announced her resignation from Goldman Sachs as chief legal officer effective 30 June.
