SouthPark lands HQ as manufacturer exits Chapel Hill
Armacell, a global building materials manufacturer, has relocated its American headquarters from Chapel Hill to Charlotte, leasing a 4,541-square-foot office at Carnegie X in SouthPark. The company moved into the new space earlier this month after operating its Americas headquarters in Chapel Hill since late 2015.
