India-U.K. DCC not applicable to Indians working in the U.K. before July 15
The India-U.K. Double Taxation Avoidance Convention (DCC) became effective on July 15, 2026, under the India-U.K. Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA). It does not apply to Indians who were already working in the U.K. before this date.
