A private school in Arkansas, The Delta Institute for the Developing Brain, was involved in an incident where students physically assaulted a 13-year-old boy under the direction of school owner Mary 'Tracy' Morrison. The school continues to receive state funding through Arkansas's Education Freedom Account program, which allows public money for private school tuition.
