President Donald Trump's nominee for Director of National Intelligence, Jay Clayton, will have a second confirmation hearing after Trump initially derailed the process. The Senate Intelligence Committee rescheduled the hearing following political disputes over Trump's interim appointment of Bill Pulte and demands to link FISA reauthorization to the SAVE America Act.
