Embraer Builds a Jet That Lands Itself If the Pilot Passes Out
Embraer launched the Phenom 300EV, a third-generation jet equipped with Garmin Emergency Autoland, a system that can land the aircraft autonomously if the pilot is incapacitated. The feature allows a passenger to activate the system with a single button press.
