Philippines starts active school shooter drills after deadly attack in Tacloban City

The Philippines has started conducting active school shooter drills following a deadly attack in Tacloban City where two teenage students shot and killed three classmates and injured 20 others. In Manila, students and teachers practiced barricading classrooms and remaining silent during a simulated drill with an armed actor.
