Chinese motorcycle tycoon Zhang Xue donated US$735,000 to flood victims in Guangxi after settling a US$15 million corporate debt. The floods in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, caused by heavy rains and dam breaches, resulted in 39 deaths.
