China’s first-tier home prices extend 4-month rebound amid market stabilisation
New home prices in four Chinese first-tier cities rose by an average of 0.1 per cent last month, continuing a four-month rebound as housing stabilisation measures take effect. Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou saw price increases of 0.3 per cent, 0.3 per cent, and 0.2 per cent respectively, while Beijing experienced a 0.3 per cent decline.
