China’s top lithium firms project up to 50-fold profit surge amid energy transition boom
China’s two largest lithium producers are projected to report up to 50-fold profit increases in the first half of the year due to global demand for energy independence. Tianqi Lithium estimates net profits between 2.85 billion yuan and 4.25 billion yuan, reflecting a year-on-year rise of 3,276% to 4,935%.
