One dead in east Charlotte shooting: Medic

One person died from a shooting at an east Charlotte apartment complex on Tuesday evening. Medic officials responded around 6:45 p.m. to the 1400 block of Eastcrest Drive, off Briar Creek Road, and pronounced the individual dead at the scene with no other injuries reported.
