Oversight panel sets date to depose Leon Black in Epstein probe

Leon Black, a billionaire investor and co-founder of Apollo Global Management, is scheduled for a Sept. 3 deposition by House Oversight lawmakers regarding his ties to Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted sex offender. The deposition, part of an investigation into Epstein's ties and nondisclosure agreements with women linked to him, will be under oath and videotaped.
