Brazil and Neighbors Sign a Deal for South America’s Open Skies
Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and Paraguay signed a memorandum to build a single aviation market called ALAS, inspired by the European Union’s single aviation market. A working group has up to 12 months to finalize details.
