Courthouse shooting that left 2 officers, woman hurt was possibly retaliatory, North Carolina sheriff says
A 21-year-old man shot a 19-year-old woman and two law-enforcement officers outside a North Carolina courthouse, which sheriff Calvin Woodard Jr. described as possibly retaliatory for a prior shooting that killed a 16-year-old.
