Munnar DFO to issue final order on seizure of earth mover of tribal man within one week

Munnar DFO Saju Varghese will issue a final order on the seizure of an earth mover from a tribal man within one week under Section 61A of the Forest Conservation Act. The vehicle owner claims the Forest department did not provide any assurance during a meeting regarding the return of the equipment.
