Pineville Town Hall to reopen months after high-speed crash damaged building

Pineville Town Hall will reopen months after a high-speed crash caused damage in April. The town council meeting will occur at 6:30 p.m., while the library in the same building remains closed. The crash resulted in the driver's death.
