Uruguay postpones second aid flight to Venezuela over changed entry conditions

Uruguay has postponed the second shipment of humanitarian aid to Venezuela due to changed entry conditions set by Venezuelan authorities, according to Defense Minister Sandra Lazo. The cargo includes 15 tons of supplies for earthquake victims.
