Colombia: Petro bars military sites for inauguration; De la Espriella says he will go ahead

Colombia's outgoing president, Gustavo Petro, has prohibited the use of military facilities for the inauguration of his successor, Abelardo de la Espriella, on August 7. De la Espriella has stated he will proceed with his intention to be sworn in at a garrison in the southern part of the country, escalating tensions between the two leaders.
