Cyrela Launches Jump 34% in Q2, But Sell-Through Slips
Cyrela launched R$3.84 billion in new homes in Q2, a 34% annual increase, with net pre-sales rising 14% to R$2.56 billion. However, the twelve-month sell-through rate declined to 42.8% from 51.4% a year earlier.
