President Donald Trump recommended Darline Graham Nordone, the sister of late U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham, to fill his Senate term in South Carolina. South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster is expected to announce the appointment, with a special election scheduled for August to determine the full-term candidate.
