Safety lapses at govt hospital linked to HIV cases, Sindh CM told
An HIV outbreak at Valika Hospital in Sindh, linked to safety lapses including non-compliance with infection-control protocols and mishandling of medical equipment, has resulted in 78 children testing positive.
