A man in his 40s was injured after falling approximately 20 feet off the border wall near 1000 McNutt Road in Sunland Park, New Mexico, around 3:15 a.m. on Friday. The incident was reported by the Sunland Park Fire Department, which noted he sustained injuries to both lower limbs.
