Clerk, judge resolve North Carolina political defamation case

Todd Maness, a clerk in Moore County, North Carolina, and Judge Donna 'Beth' Tanner resolved a political defamation lawsuit. Maness dismissed his complaint against Tanner and his former Republican primary opponent, Deborah Duerring, while Tanner dropped her request for sanctions.
