[US] Got paid from HTECORG.com Scam?

A user received $63 from HTECORG.com after completing a training session and was later asked to deposit an additional $39 into their account. The user is uncertain if this is a scam despite receiving real money, as attempts to contact the legitimate HTEC company went unanswered.
