Agreement reached on multibillion-dollar Pathways carbon capture and storage project

Alberta's government, Ottawa, and five major oilsands producers have signed a memorandum to advance the Pathways carbon capture and storage project, which is a prerequisite for moving forward with a new West Coast pipeline.
