Part of Cabarrus County road to close for maintenance

North Carolina Department of Transportation crews will temporarily close a section of Stallings Road, west of Deer Drive, for shoulder maintenance. The closure, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., includes a detour via Hickory Ridge Road and Rocky River Road, with potential extension to Wednesday if weather allows.
